Responsible for providing
accurate and timely financial
information for the Company and the
direct management of general
accounting, payroll, company taxes,
budgeting, year-end and month-end
reporting and the coordination of
internal and external auditing
functions. Directly involved in
ensuring sound general accounting
practices are followed throughout
and within all the various
departments of the Company and
actively engaged in the internal
auditing needs of the Company.

duties:
Responsible for hiring,
training, and motivating staff.
Implements and/or performs
disciplinary action, recommends
staffing changes, and
administers timely performance
reviews.
Recommend, implement, and
monitor compliance of all
accounting policies and
procedures related to the areas
of responsibility.
Responsible for ensuring all
payroll processes of the Company
are accurate, timely, and kept
current and compliant with all
changes in regulations and laws.
Responsible for ensuring all
Company property, sales/use,
franchise taxes are accurate and
timely and compliance is met by
staying current on changing
regulations and laws.
Responsible for the
coordination with the
independent auditors of the
annual audit and all outside
taxing authority auditors for
any tax audits that may arise.
Manage the monthly closing
process, including consolidating
results of several international
operations, to ensure accuracy
and timeliness and provide the
necessary analysis to support
and explain the results.
Coordinate and manage the
annual budget process.
Conduct various internal
audits, both domestically and
internationally.
Ensure the correct and
accurate accounting
classifications of all general
ledger transactions by staying
current on GAAP requirements.
Conduct special analysis and
studies to assist in the
interpretation and explanations
of operating results and provide
specific recommendations for
cost reductions and profit
improvements.

Travel Requirements:
Must be willing to travel,
including internationally
Education/Training:
B.S. or B.A. in accounting,
finance, or business with strong
accounting emphasis
Experience:
Minimum seven years
experience required with
increasing responsibility,
with a minimum 5 years of direct
supervisory experience
Qualifications:
Ability to apply a broad
knowledge of accounting
principles to a variety of
accounting activities ranging
from daily transactions to
detailed analyses
Strong communication and
leadership skills
Proficiency in the use
Microsoft office programs and
ERP systems, JDE/Oracle a plus
