Responsible for the control and operations of the Corporate Supply Chain and Purchasing Department. Develops policies, procedures, and objectives for the Company's supply chain in accordance with corporate objectives.
With assistance from Senior level engineering staff, design electrical/electronic products for use in protection and control of power generation, transmission, distribution, and motor systems as assigned. Typical products may include protective relays, voltage regulators, genset controllers, other controllers, power bridges, and excitation systems. Responsibilities in this position may include updating electrical designs or originating electrical designs. In this role, employing effective techniques and efficient methods to drive projects to successful completion is key.
The Production Supervisor is immediately accountable to the plant manager for measures of accomplishment concerning delivery, labor efficiency, overhead expense, rejects and scrap, housekeeping and employee relations. The Production Supervisor's responsibilities are to deliver products on dates specified, to ensure products meet specified quality standards, and to ensure that products are all produced in the most cost-effective manner.
Performs engineering research and development on projects requiring knowledge of electric power systems. Originates solutions to power systems issues and applies new and unique techniques. Attends conferences, makes presentations and interfaces directly with customers regarding product and/or applications development. Must have good communicative and coordinative skills to supply technical advice and counsel to other professionals and management.
Facilitate in the sales process by promoting Basler products to potential and existing Basler customers. Provide application engineering support to customers for Power Systems Group products. Assist in product planning and marketing programs. Lead in providing application engineering support to customers and group personnel for Power Systems Group products. Provide leadership and motivation to sales representatives with training, conduct product presentations, and seminars for customers and participate in industry functions.

Responsible for the functional and empirical analysis and design as related to developing and implementing embedded firmware for the company's products. This may include, but is not limited to, operating software, utility software, development software and diagnostic software. Involved in the development of testing strategies and software reliability studies for both devices and systems, and standards for software documentation.
The Senior Systems Analyst will be the functional expert on Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise One and provide support to the user community and other related IT systems. The Senior Systems Analyst will also be responsible for training users on new functionality, processes and systems. This role will assist with the implementation of Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise One updates and be responsible for testing and supporting all project requirements. The Senior Systems Analyst will design and document workflows and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness. The position will be a Project Manager and lead key projects by proactively developing and maintaining project plans for new system implementation, programs, updates and modifications.
