Manage and direct all application support activities in the sales region assigned. Manage the selection and development of manufacturer&rsquo;s rep organizations as assigned.<\/p>\n<p>Reports to: Vice President of Sales<\/p>\n<h3>Essential Duties<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Directly manage key accounts in the assigned region.<\/li>\n<li>Take the lead on commercial items with customers, including coordinating purchase agreements, forecasts, and past dues.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare sales plans to support and implement marketing strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and submit sales budget and oversee all sales costs.<\/li>\n<li>Obtain and report marketing information for potential new products.<\/li>\n<li>Actively maintain information in company CRM on opportunities and customer contacts.<\/li>\n<li>Attend and assist in trade organization functions as required.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the results of independent rep organizations to provide effective sales coverage.<\/li>\n<li>Provide necessary direction and training to sales personnel on appropriate Basler products, selling techniques, account strategies, and negotiating.<\/li>\n<li>Recruit, select, and terminate sales personnel, as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Requirements<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of power systems as they pertain to electrical users and resellers.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years&rsquo; experience in direct sales and account management.<\/li>\n<li>Territorial travel between 40% &ndash; 50%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Contact<\/h3>\n<p>Basler Electric welcomes employment applications received directly from interested candidates. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location.
