Provides corporate officers, managers, etc. with accurate and timely financial and related information required to effectively manage the Company. Responsible for all finance functions of the Company and its divisions, subsidiaries, and affiliates, including recommending and implementing financial information reporting systems, cash flows, earnings, assets, liabilities, stockholders equity and other financial results. Finance functions include payroll, general accounting, cost accounting, budgeting, fixed asset accounting, business tax accounting, customer credit, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and internal auditing, etc.
Manage the US Customer Service organization to meet the company’s objectives while ensuring customer relationships are maintained.
Position requires travel to various sites for installations, system maintenance, or to conduct training on large generation control and protection systems.
This position has the overall management responsibility of insuring that our Plastics Production floor is efficient and profitable and that our Customer's delivery requirements are met during assigned shift.
The Strategic Accounts Manager – Excitation is responsible for sales of excitation projects in the U.S. and Canada. Assist in managing the selection and development of independent manufacturer's rep organizations and direct sales personnel required to support sales in the assigned market segment. Lead and direct the technical application team to support the Customers and projects in the assigned region. Responsible for establishing direct relationships with utility and large generation Customers.
Performs multiple telephone functions, maintains calls, and performs mail-room functions. Operates the switchboard and acts as Company receptionist.
Manages the legal activities and human resources functions of the corporation including all foreign subsidiaries. Provides advice and counsel to the President and his staff concerning domestic and international law, labor relations, acquisition opportunities, regulatory compliance and contract administration.
