The SBO241, SBO242, SBO243, SBO244, SBO245, and SBO246 Excitation Support Systems are designed to enhance generator excitation performance by enabling compatible voltage regulators to deliver full forcing output during generator overload and short circuit conditions. Consisting of a reservoir assembly and separately ordered power current transformer(s), the SBO Excitation Support System provides critical support for demanding applications, including large motor starting, helping maintain generator voltage performance and system reliability during transient operating conditions.
