Sell and promote the use of Basler Electric products in assigned market segments and territories. Grow sales through long-range development of the customer base in the assigned territories.

Utilize administrative skills to manage the activity of the personnel within their organization to ensure personnel comply with Company policies and directives of the management team. Performs advanced, diversified, and confidential secretarial and administrative functions requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skills, and knowledge of the Company's policies and practices. Functions include responding to routine correspondence, producing letters, memos, and other correspondence, receiving telephone calls, conveying messages, making appointments and handling special projects as assigned.
Travel to various site installations for system startup, system maintenance, or to conduct a training seminar on systems and/or devices manufactured by Basler and other manufacturers. Design, build, and evaluate equipment required for jobs and projects. This position requires minimum supervision.
The Production Supervisor is immediately accountable to the Plant Manager for measures of accomplishment concerning delivery, labor efficiency, overhead expense, rejects and scrap, housekeeping, and employee relations. The Production Supervisor is responsible for delivering products on dates specified, ensuring products meet specified quality standards, and ensuring products are produced in the most cost-effective manner.

This may include, but is not limited to, operating software, utility software, development software, and diagnostic software. May be involved in the development of testing strategies, devices, and systems.
Prepare and maintain production programs for Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment. Plan, develop, test, and document Circuit Board Assembly programs and provide follow-up to ensure success of all programs written.
